LOVING BEYOND CONDITIONS
Purpose: To cleanse the lens of our perception by asking “why do I care?” and moving logically and practically back to our true nature, unchanged by conditions.

Description: We are here to give and receive love and when we can do so freely we allow our fullest expression to be released into the world. However too often we inhibit our own ability to give and receive love and consequently our fullest experience of life when we filter life through our perception and base our feelings, choices, actions, reactions and beliefs upon conditions. Love exists at the soul level and by its very nature is unconditional; this workshop provides tools, support and hands on experiences of moving beyond conditions full circle back to love, regardless of circumstance.
Expressing Love & Freedom: Event Description
IN-TO-ME-SEE
Purpose: Intimacy workshop for the purpose of opening up and allowing yourself to be seen and move into a more authentic expression that bypasses the personality level of being and operates instead from the essence of being.
Length & Cost: 3 hours $30
Description: One on one and group intimacy exercises that allow the walls we place around ourselves to crumble. This comes about due to an increased awareness that we are safe and that there is nothing to protect ourselves from when we truly believe that Life is for us. Includes; music, sharing, appropriate touching, eye gazing, movement and meditation.
LEARN TO PLAY NATIVE AMERICAN FLUTE
Group Lessons: $25
Individual Lessons: $50

EXPRESSING CREATIVITY

Purpose: To move participants into a greater expression of their creativity.
Description: Expanding the expression of creativity in your life. Using dance, songwriting and creativity exercises the participants are guided away from smallness and into sharing their life, their light and their unique gifts in a more expanded way.
INTO THE HEART OF GOD

Purpose: Inviting a deeper connection with God, nurturing the soul
Description: A weekend retreat experience of cultivating an intimate communion with the loving energy of God. Includes meditation, silence, mindful movements, Sufi Zikr, prayerful music, chanting, journaling and sharing.
